Let’s talk! The initial two hour consultation is an essential component of all projects. During our two hour visit we tackle the pain points of each room and take detailed notes. Getting know a client’s lifestyle, their likes and dislikes and even their style inspirations helps us determine the design goals, budget and scope of the project.
Project Proposal
Retainer determined by scope of project
Once the client decides to use Helene Hamn Interiors for their interior design needs, we sign a contract, take a retainer and get started creating an individual design concept. This design story will introduce general concepts, in addition to specific elements and materials for the client to choose from. This is the stage where we determine budgets and timelines for the project. Digital design boards, renderings and samples of fabrics or tile are all part of the proposal presentation.
Project Implementation
$3000 - $6000 per room
After a proposal is approved, Helene Hamn Interiors will oversee the implementation of the design. We work closely with architects, builders, vendors and tradespeople to bring the design to life. We specifically source furniture, lighting and accessories for each individual project and provide full-service installation of all interiors elements.
Small Project Assistance
Consultation + $125 per hour
For clients who want assistance with DIY design projects, space planning or selecting materials for small projects, our design services are also available on an hourly basis after the initial 2 hour consultation.
